Artículo cuarto. La Junta en corporación o cada uno de los miembros en particular, podrán verificar la exactitud de los gastos, intervenir en la adjudicación de los contratos, e intervenir en general el desarrollo de los trabajos de acuerdo con los planos respectivos. Comuníquese y publíquese.
