Alcance . Para los efectos de este Decreto son antigüedades náufragas las naves y su dotación, así como los bienes muebles yacentes dentro de las mismas o diseminados en el fondo del mar, hayan sido o no elaborados por el hombre, sea cualquiera la naturaleza de los bienes y la causa y época del hundimiento. Tienen igualmente este carácter, los restos o partes de embarcaciones o dotaciones o de los bienes muebles que se encuentren en las circunstancias de las antigüedades náufragas señaladas en el inciso anterior.
