Inspección y vigilancia. El incumplimiento de lo dispuesto en este capítulo constituirá, para las entidades prestadoras de los servicios de salud, para las EPS, regímenes especiales y para los empleados responsables, causal de sanción por las autoridades competentes en desarrollo de sus funciones de inspección y vigilancia, de conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 49 y 50 de la Ley 10 de 1990, y demás normas concordantes.
