º. Cuando un vehículo oficial en uso requiera reparaciones muy costosas, el Departamento Nacional de Provisiones podrá recibirlo en cambio de otro que haya sido retirado del servicio, y que deberá entregar debidamente reparado con cargo igualmente al Fondo Rotativo de que se viene hablando.
