Artículo primero. Crease la Corporación Autónoma Regional para el Desarrollo e Integración de Nariño y Putumayo, CNP, como un establecimiento público especial del orden nacional, adscrito al Departamento Nacional de Planeación, dotado de patrimonio propio, personería jurídica y autonomía administrativa, para el cumplimiento de las funciones señaladas en la presente Ley.
