Citación para interrogatorio. Cuando no fuere procedente la captura, el funcionario de investigación citará a la persona para que com parezca a rendir declaración como procesado. Si citado no compareciere, con base en el informe respectivo inmediatamente lo declarará en rebeldía, le nombrará defensor de oficio y proseguirá la investigación hasta su culminación.
