° Para evitar trastornos en la Contabilidad Militar y procurar tiempo para hacer los nombramientos de Habilitados, conforme al artículo 20 de la citada Ley los individuos que ejercen actualmente las funciones expresadas continuarán prestando este servicio hasta el 31 de Diciembre del presente año.
