Art. 4° Durante el tiempo del privilejio, sola- mente la Compañía tendrá facultad de establecer comunicaciones por medio de un canal o de ferro- carril entre las costas del Pacífico, comprendidas en- tre los paralelos cuarto i sesto, i el rio San Juan i la parte del Atrato situada al Sur del sesto paralelo; tampoco podrá construirse sino por la Compañía, comunicacion de esta especie entre los citados ríos San Juan i Atrato.
