Aplicación del presente Decreto. Todas las instituciones educativas aplicarán las disposiciones del presente Decreto a partir del año lectivo que se inicie inmediatamente después del 15 de agosto de 1994, atendiendo además las fechas señaladas específicamente en las normas correspondientes. La gradualidad de la aplicación podrá extenderse hasta el siguiente año lectivo en un determinado establecimiento educativo, por autorización expresa de la Secretaría de educación Departamental o Distrital, previa evaluación que ésta realice de la justificación presentada por el rector del respectivo establecimiento.
