Destrucción de Semillas para Siembra, Cultivos y/o Cosechas. Los titulares de las Licencias procederán a la destrucción de las Semillas para Siembra, Cultivos y/o Cosechas de Plantas de Cannabis, con sujeción a la normativa ambiental vigente, cuando circunstancias sobrevinientes impidan su utilización en todo o en parte, bajo la supervisión de la Dirección de Antinarcóticos de la Policía Nacional, de acuerdo con sus competencias. De la actuación se levantará el acta respectiva.
