Envase de la leche ultrapasteurizada . La leche ultrapasteurizada debe ser envasada en condiciones de alta higiene, en recipientes previamente higienizados y cerrados herméticamente, de tal manera que se asegure la inocuidad microbiológica del producto sin alterar de manera esencial ni su valor nutritivo, ni sus características fisicoquímicas y organolépticas, y comercializado bajo condiciones de refrigeración.
