TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.° Las faltas absolutas de los Diputados a la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente y Legislativa serán llenadas en la siguiente forma:

Las de los Diputados designados por el Consejo Nacional de Delegatarios serán llenadas por la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente y Legislativa. Si ésta no estuviere reunida, podrá hacer la designación, en interinidad, el Presidente de la República;

La de los Diputados nombrados por el Presidente de la República serán llenadas por éste.
