ARTICULO 2º . Denominación. Los Bachilleres que presten el Servicio Militar Obligatorio en el Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, actuarán dentro de la organización y funcionamiento que la ley asigne al Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario con la denominación de Auxiliares Bachilleres del Cuerpo de Custodia Penitenciaria Nacional.
