Si transcurridos dieciocho (18) meses contados desde la fecha de la presentación del informe financiero del Contralor, la Cámara de Representantes no hubiere tomado ninguna decisión, se entenderá que la Cuenta General del Presupuesto y del Tesoro ha sido aprobada.
