LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 649. Ámbito de aplicación. El presente Título, establece los procedimientos administrativos para el decomiso de las mercancías, la cancelación del levante, la determinación e imposición de sanciones, la formulación de liquidaciones oficiales de revisión y de corrección, la declaratoria de incumplimiento y la efectividad de garantías y la verificación de origen de mercancías, los cuales se surtirán de conformidad con las siguientes disposiciones.
