Autorízase al Instituto de Crédito Territorial para asumir el seguro colectivo de vida de sus deudores hipotecarios por una cuantía igual al saldo de la deuda de cada uno, de manera que al morir cualquiera de ellos, la deuda se extinga inmediatamente y la correspondiente hipoteca sea cancelada. Las condiciones del seguro se ceñirán a la reglamentación que dicte la Superintendencia Bancaria.
