º. Lugar de Inscripción. La inscripción deberá efectuarse ante la cámara de comercio que tenga jurisdicción en el domicilio principal del proponente. Cuando una persona natural tenga más de un domicilio deberá inscribirse ante la cámara de comercio con jurisdicción en el municipio en el cual aquélla tenga el asiento principal de sus negocios. En caso que fuese necesario, las sociedades extranjeras sin sucursal en el país y las personas naturales extranjeras se inscribirán ante la cámara de comercio del domicilio principal del apoderado a que se refiere el artículo 22.4 de la Ley 80 de 1993.
