El patrimonio de cada uno de los Institutos cuya administración corresponde al respectivo Consejo Directivo estará constituido así: Con los bienes que le corresponda una vez efectuada la liquidación de la Federación Nacional de Ciegos y Sordomudos, con los aportes o auxilios que el Gobierno Nacional, el Departamental o el Municipal señalen en sus respectivos presupuestos, en cada vigencia, y con los aportes de los organismos internacionales, donaciones, legados, etc.
