Decreto 1132 de 1992 · por el cual se ordena la emision de titulos de deuda publica interna de la Nación denominados "Bonos para el Desarrollo Social y Seguridad Interna (BDSI)" y "Titulos de Tesoreria - TES - Sustitutivos de BDSI", se fijan las caracteristicas para estas emisiones y los plazos de suscripcion, y se fijan unos plazos para pagar impuesto sobre la renta.
