Salida de tejidos. La salida de tejidos o de médula ósea fuera del territorio nacional solo podrá efectuarse en calidad de donación con fines de trasplante o implante, atendiendo motivos de solidaridad humana y sin ánimo de lucro, previa autorización expedida por el Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos, Invima. La salida solo podrá realizarse a través de los Bancos de Tejidos o Bancos de Médula Ósea.
