"ARTICULO 16

"Los Gobiernos colombiano y sueco se comprometen a abstenerse, durante el curso de un procedimiento iniciado de acuerdo con las disposiciones del presente Tratado, de toda medida que pueda tener una repercusión desfavorable para los arreglos propuestos por la Comisión, y, en general, de verificar algún acto, de cualquier naturaleza que sea, capaz de agravar o de extender la diferencia.
