Identificación del organismo.

b)

Nombre del empleo.

c)

Ubicación orgánica y jerárquica.

d)

Naturaleza del empleo.

e)

Nivel del empleo.

f)

Lugar de trabajo.

g)

Sueldo de ingreso.

h)

Funciones, atribuciones y responsabilidades.

i)

Calidades exigidas para su desempeño. J) Nombre, número de identificación y causal de retiro de quien venía desempeñándolo. En caso de pertenecer a la Carrera Administrativa, indicarlo. k) Los demás datos que el organismo considere oportuno.
