Art. 87. Los finiquitos serán expedidos por el Presidente de la Oficina, autorizados con la firma del Secretario y con el sello de la Oficina. Sin este documento no podrá cancelarse ningún instrumento de fianza ni devolverse á los interesados los documentos de deuda pública con que hubieren asegurado su manejo.
