Artículo único. Para el servicio de agua en los barrios pobres de la capital, se ceden al Distrito Especial de Bogotá los dos carros-tanques que pertenecían al Servicio Nacional de Asistencia Social -SAS--, hoy en liquidación.

Parágrafo

El liquidador del Servicio Nacional de Asistencia Social -SAS-hará los asientos de contabilidad necesarios para descargar los bienes que se ceden de los respectivos inventarios. Este Decreto rige desde la fecha de su expedición. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
