A las declaraciones de importación presentadas entre los días primero y quince de cada mes, se aplicará como precio de referencia CIF el promedio de las cotizaciones observadas durante los primeros quince días del mes inmediatamente anterior. A las importaciones presentadas entre los días dieciséis y último de cada mes, se aplicará como precio de referencia CIF el promedio de las cotizaciones diarias observadas durante la segunda quincena del mes inmediatamente anterior.
