°. Adiciónase un artículo al Decreto 2897 de 2006, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 2°. Para efectos de la evaluación del Sistema General de Participaciones y liquidación de la Participación de Propósito General y programas de alimentación escolar del Sistema General de Participaciones, para la vigencia fiscal de 2008, se tendrán en cuenta los informes de ejecución presupuestal radicados en la Oficina de Correspondencia del Departamento Nacional de Planeación hasta el 13 de abril de 2007, teniendo en cuenta las formalidades establecidas por el Decreto 72 de 2005. Esta información deberá ser refrendada por el Contador General de la Nación, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el citado decreto”.
