Prestaciones en caso de separación. Los agentes separados en forma temporal o absoluta bajo la vigencia del presente Decreto, tendrán derecho, tanto ellos como sus beneficiarios, a las prestaciones sociales que se determinan en el Capítulo VI, Título V del Decreto-ley 1213 de 1990.
