Son Oficiales de los Servicios, dentro del Ejército y la Aviación: los de Intendencia, los de Ingenieros titulados, los de material de guerra, los de Justicia, los de Sanidad, los de Culto y los de veterinaria, siempre que estén escalafonados.

Parágrafo

Los Oficiales de los servicios, exceptuando los de Intendencia, para ser ascendidos al grado de Teniente Coronel, requieran ser aprobados en una tesis relacionada con su especialidad.
