La certificación expedida por la Cámara de Comercio, respecto de la persona que tenga la representación legal de los titulares de acciones con dividendo preferencial y sinderecho de voto, constituirá prueba única de su personería. Efectuada la inscripción, la persona nombrada conservará tal carácter hasta cuando se inscriba el nuevo representante con la copia del acta de la asamblea de accionistas con dividendo preferencial y sin derecho de voto.
