º. Para los fines del artículo 68 de la Ley 101 de 1993, se entiende que las normas técnicas a las que éste se refiere, son las fijadas por el Instituto Colombiano de Normas Técnicas, o por el Organismo que haga sus veces, tanto para la fibra de fique como para los empaques elaborados con ésta.
