GRADUACION DE LA SANCION La comisión de faltas leves dará lugar a la imposición de amonestación y multa hasta el veinte por ciento (20%) de la asignación básica mensual, las faltas graves y el concurso de faltas darán lugar a la imposición de sanciones de multa entre el veinte (20) y el treinta (30) por ciento de la asignación básica mensual, suspensión en el ejercicio del cargo y destitución. Las faltas constitutivas de mala conducta se sancionaran con destitución.
