Artículo Único. La ley puede erigir en Departamento la Intendencia de La Guajira, aun cuando no tenga las condiciones exigidas en el ordinal 2º del Artículo 1º del Acto Legislativo número uno (1) de 1945, y siempre que no resulte afectado el territorio del Departamento del Magdalena.

Parágrafo

Este Acto Legislativo regirá desde su sanción.
