Declárase de utilidad pública e interés social la adquisición de los inmuebles ubicados en el costado sur de la plaza principal del Socorro y que fueran afectados por el incendio del 11 de agosto de 1973 con el fin de edificar el Centro Cívico Cultural José Antonio Galán a que se refiere el artículo segundo de esta Ley. Si fuere necesario, el Gobierno Nacional expropiará, previa indemnización y por los trámites legales vigentes los mencionados inmuebles.
