Art. 60. A los alumnos internos se les prohíbe además: 1.° Salir del establecimiento sin permiso del Director; 2.° Hacer reclamos en el comedor. Cuando alguno tenga que hacer alguna observacion; bien sea respecto de los alimentos ó del servicio, lo manifestará al Director ó á quien haga sus veces, fuera del comedor.
