° En los casos de compañías teatrales formadas en Colombia por directores colombianos y cuya finalidad primordial sea la de llevar a escena obras de autores nacionales, se entenderá, para los efectos del artículo 6.° de la Ley 109 de 1943, que la representación se lleva a efecto por actores colombianos si el 80% de los artistas es de nacionalidad colombiana.
