Art. 41. Los administradores e interventores prestarán las fianzas designadas en decreto separado, las cuales se otorgaran a satisfacción de la junta de hacienda de la respectiva provincia, i los testimonios de las escrituras que se otorguen se dirijirán por el Gobernador a la Direccion de la renta, para que allí se conserven, quedando en la caja de la administración una copia de ellos, autorizada por el Gobernador i por el empleado que prestó la fianza.
