"Artículo 41. Abandono de mercancía. La carga de importación, exportación o cabotaje que permanezca en las bodegas del terminal por más del tiempo de bodegaje permitido en la ley y los reglamentos, será considerada como abandonada al Gobierno, y en consecuencia podrá procederse a su remate en los términos que señale la ley en los reglamentos vigentes a la época del abandono total.
