ART 275. Ejercitará el Gobierno la facultad de que trata el anterior artículo cuando los billetes del Banco Nacional cesen de ser de curso forzoso con arreglo á los artículos 11 y 16 de la ley 87 de 1886 , "sobre crédito público." Entre tanto el mencionado Establecimiento se regirá en las operaciones de emisión é inversión de billetes, por las disposiciones legales sobre la materia.

Esta disposición no impide el curso de providencias del Gobierno anteriores á la presente ley, las cuales regirán mientras el Gobierno mismo no tenga por conveniente revocarlas ó suspender sus efectos.
