El militar que con ocasión del servicio o de funciones inherentes a su cargo o aprovechándose de su calidad de militar y sin intención de matar, cause a otro daño en el cuerpo o en la salud o perturbación psíquica, incurre en las sanciones de que tratan los artículos siguientes.
