Art. 410. En caso de que alguna embarcacion se fuere a pique con daño del puerto, o se varare causando estorbo a los demas buques, i sus dueños no tomanen medidas conducentes para evitar estos males, el Jefe del Resguardo dará aviso inmediatamente a la autoridad ejecutiva superior de la entidad política del lugar mas inmediato que se encuentre, con el objeto de que dicte las providencias necesarias para su estraccion, remocion o desguace, siendo los gastos que esta operacion causare de cuenta del dueño o consignatario del buque o embarcacion.
