Reconócese un auxilio anual, hasta de seis por ciento (6%), sobre los capitales que se inviertan en empresas que se funden en el país para la producción de hierro y acero y en sus diferentes formas la aplicación, las industrias, dentro de los tres años subsiguientes al día en que se firme la paz europea.
