El artículo 5° del Decreto 2196 de 1992, quedará así: “Artículo 5° El precio de referencia o la franja de precios de referencia, la cotización fuente del precio del mercado internacional relevante y el porcentaje de la diferencia entre ambos precios que se cederá al Fondo o se compensará a los vendedores o a los exportadores, serán establecidos por el Comité Directivo del Fondo”.
