Modifícase el numeral 1 del artículo 11.2.1.4.56 Dirección Legal de Fiduciarias, del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: “1. Evaluar y someter a aprobación del Superintendente Delegado, los modelos de contratos que celebren las sociedades fiduciarias por adhesión o para la prestación masiva del servicio”.
