Art. 1.° Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para enajenar en pública almoneda i prévia licitacion, todas las vertientes de agua salada de propiedad nacional que existan en el Estado soberano del Cauca. La enajenacion de aquellas de dichas vertientes que se hallen arrendadas, no se llevará a efecto sino luego que termine el arrendamiento.

Parágrafo

Hecha la enajenacion de una o más vertientes con las formalidades indicadas, no necesitará ser sometida a la aprobacion del Congreso.
