El profesional no prestará su nombre ni su firma a personas que ilegítimamente, sin la titulación y preparación necesarias, realizan actos propios del ejercicio de la psicología, y denunciará los casos de intrusión que lleguen a su conocimiento. Tampoco encubrirá con su titulación actividades vanas o engañosas.
