º. Sanción. Sin perjuicio de que su inscripción en el Registro Nacional de Valores pueda ser suspendida o cancelada por la Superintendencia de Valores de acuerdo con las normas vigentes, las sociedades administradoras de inversión que no mantengan el capital exigido en el presente Decreto serán sancionadas por dicha Superintendencia con una multa equivalente al cinco por ciento (5%) del defecto, por cada mes o fracción de mes de retardo en el cumplimiento.
