Forma de recepción del testimonio. En la recepción del testimonio se observarán las formalidades propias de todo acto procesal, se le impondrá al declarante de las sanciones previstas para quien comete falsas imputaciones hechas ante las autoridades y falso testimonio y le tomará juramento en forma legal. Acontinuación le preguntará por su nombre y apellidos y demás gene ralidades de ley para identificarlo. Realizado l o anterior, se solicitará al testigo que haga un relato de los hechos que hubiere percibido. Terminado este, procederá el funcionario a interrogarlo.
