Recibida la actuación por el funcionario competente, con base en el informativo allegado dictará un auto en que conste por lo menos lo siguiente. 1) Nombre y domicilio del presunto contraventor, o expresión de que se ignora. 2) Lugar donde se cometió la presunta contravención. 3) Hechos que dieron lugar a la iniciación de las diligencias. 4) Cargos que se imputan al presunto contraventor.
