ARTICULO 36 . CONDICIONES PARA EL OTORGAMIENTO. El plazo no podrá ser mayor de doce (12) meses prorrogables hasta por un término igual cuando se trate de obtener título académico. El pago de sueldos y gastos de transporte se regirán por las normas legales sobre la materia.
