Vigencia y derogatorias. La presente ley rige a partir de la fecha de su promulgación, deroga los artículos 3º, 6º, 8º, 9º, 11, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 y 34 de la Ley 163 de 1959; modifica los artículos 151 a 159 del Decreto-ley 1355 de 1970; modifica los artículos 1º a 9º del Decreto-ley 2055 de 1970; modifica el Título II de la Ley 397 de 1997, salvo los artículos 9º, 12 y 13, y modifica y adiciona los artículos 40, 49, 56, 60 y 62 de la Ley 397 de 1997.
